About Wine Flites and Wine Flights Adventures™

BATS showcases wines from four boutique Australian wineries in the Mornington Peninsula, each selected by the winemaker to represent their finest offerings. Renowned for exceptional Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs, these premium wines are paired with gourmet bites curated by the country club chef, with guidance from a BATS private chef.

Barbara Boxer, a seasoned wine expert, will lead an educational wine-tasting session covering Wine 101, the art of wine tasting, aroma analysis, and the significance of the cork. Each winery will provide a detailed write-up of its wines, highlighting unique characteristics. Attendees will receive tasting sheets to make notes and decide on their favorites. A Q&A session with the winemakers will follow the tastings.

Wines can be ordered post-tasting, with quick shipment from a US-based storage facility. The event also includes the Wine Flights Adventure, where participants receive information about a first-class wine and golf trip to Australia, custom-designed by a leading Australian travel agency. Details on pricing and travel in 2025 will be provided at the event.
